Refund Method

Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders can be refunded individually. If you'd like to cancel your subscription to prevent future charges, let us know in your refund request email.

[ Damaged or Missing Orders ]

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all:

  • Damaged: Email us with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We'll ship a replacement at no cost.
  • Lost in transit: If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days and we'll investigate with the carrier.
  • Never shipped: If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days, email us and we'll sort it out immediately.
